Tinsley Industrial Estate – Sheffield

The building in question was undergoing light renovation work when we joined the project. Safe access was needed to the roof area to repair the ends of the roof sheets, to clean the gutters and reduce the impact of corrosion. We erected a triple handrail edge protection scaffolding, with staircase access, to ensure the safety of all people working on the renovation project.

We often carry out handrail jobs like this one on commercial properties, due to it being a fantastic opportunity for the building owners to maintain the property while between tenancies. Tinsley Industrial Estate is one of our largest edge protection projects we have completed recently, requiring two of our teams to complete.
